WePlant envisions a world free from malnutrition and starvation deaths. To achieve this, they plant indigenous fruit trees in public spaces, ensuring access to fruits for the most vulnerable, including malnourished children, anemic mothers, and the elderly.
This summer, WePlant launched the "Save a Million Mango Seeds" campaign in Delhi. Student volunteers from 100 schools are coming together to collect a million mango seeds, which will be planted during the monsoon season in various public locations, such as school campuses, parks, and along the Yamuna river. This impactful initiative is visibly transforming India on Google maps, as more green spaces emerge across the country.
WePlant believes in taking action to change the world for the better. By saving and planting seeds in public spaces, they are leaving a lasting legacy of sustainability and access to nutritious fruits. Let's all join hands with WePlant and contribute to creating a healthier and greener world. Together, we can make a difference and leave a better world before we leave this world.
